The Chongqing Chuanyi RFC Intelligent Metal Tube Rotameter is a high-performance variable area flowmeter engineered for rigorous industrial process automation and control applications. Built in compliance with national standards (JB/T 6844-2015 and JJG 257-2007), this robust meter provides accurate flow measurement across challenging process environments involving conductive or non-conductive liquids, compressed gases, and saturated or superheated steam.

Advanced Design & Working Principle: The meter consists of a sturdy measuring tube and an advanced indicator. As the measured medium flows upward through the tapered measuring tube, a differential pressure is generated across the float, creating an upward buoyant force. When this force balances the submerged weight of the float, it stabilizes at a specific position corresponding to the flow rate. Built-in magnetic steel couples the float’s movement with the indicator’s internal mechanism, translating mechanical position into local pointer readings and precise electrical signals via magnetic sensors.
