Reliable Electromechanical Detection Principle The operational mechanism relies on a small, high-torque synchronous motor that continuously rotates a specialized paddle at a low speed. As long as the measured bulk solid has not reached the installation height, the paddle rotates freely. Once the rising material level covers the paddle, the physical resistance halts the rotation. This causes the internal motor housing to rotate against an internal tension spring, immediately actuating a set of microswitch contacts to output a relay signal. When the material level drops and uncovers the paddle, the internal spring returns the housing to its original position, resuming normal rotation.
